SOLD Gemini XI Gordon Rides The ATDV 10 x 8 Colour Glossy NASA Photograph NASA No. S-66-54455 13 September 1966 Gemini Pilot Richard Gordon is seen as he attaches a tether line from the Gemini XI spacecraft to the Agena Target docking Vehicle (ATDV) during a GT-11 EVA. This view was taken over the Atlantic Ocean at approximately 160 miles above the Earth. With the aid of the ATDV Gordon and Conrad set a new altitude record of 750 miles during the GT-11 mission. £4.95 Artist Impression of Space Power Tool 10 x 8 Black & White Glossy Photograph NASA No. 66-H-1179 A wonderful detailed artist impression the Gemini spacecraft and EVA maintenance I have two prints of this artist concepts and they are identical except for the descriptions on the back. This one, release date 9 September 1966, and has the standard NASA purple logo and text and refers to Gemini 11 and a Richard Gordon EVA. The second photograph was printed at Patrick Air Force Base near the Cape as per the stamp on the back. This one has a Air Force caption relating this to David Scott's EVA activity on the Gemini 8 mission. This fine vintage glossy photograph is in very good condition and the purple logo and text on the back has not faded. |
