This set of 6 lithographs are in mint condition. They have remained inside the original envelope over the years and have never been handled or used in any way. The original envelope is in fair condition as well.

Scott has logged 546 hours and 54 minutes in space, of which 20 hours and 46 minutes were in Extravehicular Activity. He is only one of three Astronauts who have flown both earth orbital and lunar Apollo Missions.

The Lunar Roving Vehicle is photographed alone against the lunar background during the Apollo 15 lunar surface extravehicular activity (EVA) at the Hadley-Apennine landing site. This view is looking north. The west edge of Mount Hadley is at the upper right edge of the picture. Mount Hadley is at the upper right edge of the picture. Mount Hadley rises approximately 4,500 meters (about 14,765 feet) above the plain. The most distant lunar feature visible is approximately 25 kilometres (about 15.5 statute miles) away.

Apollo 15 Splashdown

The Apollo 15 Command Module, with Astronauts David R. Scott, Alfred M. Worden and James B. Irwin aboard, nears a safe touchdown in the mid-Pacific Ocean to end lunar landing mission. Although causing no harm to the crewmen, one of the three main parachutes failed to function properly. The splashdown occurred at 3:45:53 p.m., August 7, 1971, some 330 miles north of Honolulu, Hawaii.

The below fine 1970's vintage lithographs were produced by Space Arts, Titusville Florida. Space Arts was the place to buy NASA items back in the days of Apollo. These are not second generation prints and are printed on acid free heavy stock. They all are in excellent condition and were printed circa 1971.
