The second stage of NASA's second manned Saturn V. The S-II stage is being trucked to the Vehicle Assembly Building where it will become part of the Saturn 504 space vehicle for the Apollo 9 mission.

An array of four 31-inch diameter high-gain antenna parabolas can be seen clustered around an 11-inch-square wide-beam horn that is used for deep-space communications with the unified S-Band equipment.
