£8.95 Apollo 10 Second Stage Barging To KSC 10 x 8 B/W Glossy NASA Photograph NASA No. 107-KSC-68PC-285 11 November 1968 The 81-foot-long second stage for the Apollo 10 Saturn V is barged through the KSC's open Banana River Bridge en route to LC39 assembly area. The stage was transported from the Michoud Assembly Facility in Louisiana by the ocean-going barge Point Barrow. There it will be transferred to a shuttle barge at Port Canaveral for another 4-hour journey to the Vehicle Assembly Building turning basin for off-loading.
