After a 248 million mile journey from Earth, Mariner 9 is shown going into orbit around Mars on 13 November 1971. This artist's concept shows Mariner 9 in orbit around the Red Planet with Earth and its Moon (somewhat enlarged) in the background.

This very fine vintage NASA lithograph is in near mint condition with NASA's logo and text on the back.
